R Equity Curve

Cumulative R after every closed trade. Best for comparing accounts and position sizes.

Local review defaults. Account name, currency and capital now live under Accounts.

TimezoneInterprets logged timestamps, daily guardrails and Auto sessions. London/New York session clocks follow DST.

Accounts

Trading accounts under this login. Each keeps its own currency, starting capital and prop rules; the account filter at the top scopes every screen.

Deposits & withdrawals

Record money moved in or out so the equity curve and drawdown reflect trading only.

Setup names

Every distinct setup name in the journal. New entries snap to an existing spelling automatically; use this list to rename a setup or merge two that drifted apart, so the Edge Lab ranks one setup instead of three.

Data & Backup

Offline-first storage, exports, and backup controls.

Storage typeJournal records live in this browser's IndexedDB database (local storage where IndexedDB is unavailable). Export a backup regularly.

EvidenceScreenshot files are a desktop feature — on the web, paste a chart link into each trade.

Last backupThe most recent JSON export from this browser. Every backup file carries a checksum that Restore verifies.

This browser's journalEach signed-in account keeps its own space in this browser. Deleting removes only the account you are signed in as.
Backups and CSV exports are plain files that may contain sensitive financial data. Store them in a private folder or an encrypted drive.

Encrypted sync Off

Optional. Your journal is sealed on this device with a passphrase only you know, and the sealed copy is kept with your account so another browser or device can open it with the same passphrase. We hold ciphertext, a salt and an IV — never the passphrase, never the key, never a readable trade. A forgotten passphrase cannot be reset by anyone, including us.

Where your data livesIn this browser, on this device. Your trades, notes, and reviews are never uploaded in readable form, so we cannot read them.
What leaves the browserThe sign-in check that confirms your plan, and — only if you turn on encrypted sync — a sealed copy nobody without your passphrase can open.
Clearing browser data erases itClearing site data, a private window, or a different device starts empty unless encrypted sync is on. Export a backup regularly either way.
