1. What we collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the Service: your email address, your TradingView username, and your subscription status. Payment details, including card numbers, are collected and processed by Stripe. They never reach our systems. We do not create website accounts and do not collect passwords.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to activate and manage invite-only access, process billing through Stripe, respond to support requests, and send essential service messages such as receipts, renewal notices, and access notices. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third parties
We share data only with processors required to run the Service: Stripe for payments and the billing portal, and our email provider for support and service messages. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.
4. Retention
We keep subscription records while your subscription is active and for as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time; we will comply except where retention is legally required.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.
