1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service: your email address, your TradingView username, and your subscription status. Payment details, including card numbers, are collected and processed by Stripe and never reach our systems. This version of the Service does not create website accounts and does not collect passwords.
2. How we use it
We use your data to activate and manage invite-only access, process billing through Stripe, respond to support requests, and send essential service messages such as receipts, renewal notices, and access updates. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies and tracking
Alpha Pine does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not track you across other sites. Fonts and other resources are served from our own servers, so opening a page makes no third-party requests. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies on its own hosted checkout and billing pages, under Stripe's policies.
4. Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service. Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides content delivery and security, and may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device metadata, and request logs. We also use an email provider for support and service messages. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.
5. Retention
We keep subscription records while your subscription is active and for as long as we need them to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, and we will do so except where we are legally required to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we change providers or how the Service works. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the foot of this page. Continuing to use the website or the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
