Terms of Service
1. The service
Alpha Pine ("we", "us", "our") provides subscription access to invite-only TradingView indicators and related charting tools (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and legally able to enter into a subscription and payment agreement. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Not financial advice
The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only — it is decision-support, not advice. Alpha Pine is not a financial advisor, broker, or signal service, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. No indicator or tool guarantees any trading outcome. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
4. Access and activation
Access is granted to the single TradingView username you submit at checkout, so an active TradingView account is required. Provide the username exactly as it appears on TradingView. We activate access normally within 24 hours after the required information is submitted. Access is personal and non-transferable: sharing, reselling, or giving others the use of your access is not allowed and may lead to termination without a refund. This version of the Service has no separate website account or login. TradingView is a separate platform with its own terms, and access is delivered through TradingView's invite-only publication workflow.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; your access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change takes effect at your next renewal.
6. Intellectual property
All indicators, scripts, code, documentation, design, and branding are and remain the property of Alpha Pine, and the internal logic of the indicators is proprietary and confidential. Your subscription grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the indicators on your own TradingView account. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
We may update, improve, or discontinue individual indicators or features over time. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where interruptions come from TradingView, Stripe, or other third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Pine will not be liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, including access sharing or chargeback abuse. You can end your subscription at any time by cancelling through the Stripe Customer Portal.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes to the Service, our providers, or the law. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the foot of this page. Continuing to use the website or the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
